Chief Financial Officer

General Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. The maintenance of books and records of several corporate entities of the group.
  2. The preparation of consolidated annual statutory financial statements.
  3. Preparation and maintenance of regular financial management information and MIS (Management Information System).
  4. Preparation of tax and various statutory and regulatory returns.
  5. Management and monitoring of the invoicing process and account receivables.Maintenance of the Fixed Assets register.
  6. Monthly preparation of bank reconciliations.
  7. Preparation and review of budgeting process.

Your Profile

  1. Qualified Accountant who specializes in finance and accounting.
  2. Professional experience in a similar role within an international environment.
  3. Familiarity with the Swiss accounting, legal and tax environment applicable to a financial trading company.
  4. It is desirable for you to have knowledge of the regulations applicable to a broker/dealer.
  5. Experience with project management.
  6. Ability to contribute to the development of the company with particular emphasis on improving the
  7. processes, management reporting and analysis.
  8. Good communication skills.
  9. Ability to work in a dynamic, open and fast growing environment.
  10. Team player, with good organizational skills, responsible and highly motivated.
  11. Solid understanding of the standard office software packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  12. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
